My therapeutic mission is to provide a safe space where clients feel they can openly share their truth in a non-judgmental environment. My style is relational, warm, and honest. When we work together, we become a team. I provide clear guidance and direction in a compassionate way.
Serving as a school counselor for ten years, I worked with children, adolescents and adults. I had a desire to hear, learn, and help more so I entered private practice in 2020. My approach is eclectic, flexible, rooted in listening, and tailored to meet your needs.
Sharing your story takes courage and vulnerability and has the power and potential to unlock transformation. Having a safe space with a professional counselor who will walk alongside you sharing your journey can make a positive difference. The road to healing begins now!
